The Hunt/What to Expect

"Real McCoy" Hunting Properties

All of our properties lay at the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains, which offers a great variety of hunting terrain.  Our hunting land has it all: from wooded ridge tops, benches, fingers, and oak thickets along the hills to the flat bottoms and rolling farmland which contain corn fields, soybean fields, winter wheat and creek beds.  Our strategically placed feeders and food plots ensure our herd year long nutrition, and great late season stand locations.

Having numerous large hunting tracts gives us the ability to ensure that our clients will never hunt over- pressured areas and can have a successful hunt no matter the time of the season.  All of our properties are continually managed and scouted year after year which produces the opportunity to harvest a quality trophy and a successful hunt.

The Hunt

The "Real McCoy" team and its experienced guides love to see successful clients.  We are hard working people that will do what it takes to make your hunt one to remember.  When selecting a stand site we make sure to analyze all the factors, from wind direction to the moon phase.

Stand and Blind Location

Our exclusive properties offer shooting cabins, blinds, and permanent and climbing tree stands.  Blind and stand locations are adjusted throughout the season due to the change in deer patterns. Each hunter will have numerous locations on each property to choose from.  Due to our intense year round scouting we can provide our hunters a quality stand location surrounded by big Ohio whitetails.
